Welcoming Dr. Lee to South Tabor Family Physicians
We are excited to announce that Dr. Lee will be joining South Tabor Family Physicians on September 1st, expanding our commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families throughout the Portland area.
As a Pacific Northwest native with deep roots in the region, Dr. Lee brings a passion for family medicine, community health, and building meaningful relationships with his patients.
A Pacific Northwest Physician Returning Home
Dr. Lee grew up in Washington and regularly visited Portland for his own medical care as a child. Those early experiences with compassionate health care helped shape his decision to pursue a career in medicine and inspired his commitment to serving others.
He earned his medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) before completing his Family Medicine residency in nearby Vancouver, Washington. His education and training have provided a strong foundation for caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Committed to Community-Focused Care
Following residency, Dr. Lee chose to dedicate his work to serving underserved communities and helping train the next generation of health care professionals through work in a medical school clinic.
His experiences reinforced his belief that quality health care begins with listening, understanding, and partnering with patients to help them achieve their personal health goals.
At South Tabor Family Physicians, Dr. Lee looks forward to working alongside patients and families as they pursue better health, wellness, and overall quality of life.

Outside the Clinic
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his church community. These days, with young children at home, many of his former hobbies have taken a back seat, though he still fondly remembers time spent kayaking, playing board games, enjoying movie nights, and pursuing the many interests that come with a little more free time.
