We are very excited to announce that we are moving to a new electronic health record system! Beginning March 13th, 2023, our staff will be using Epic for all your healthcare needs. Due to this change, after March 11th South Tabor will no longer be using Phreesia for our pre-registration process.
As of Monday March 13th, our patient’s will be able to connect with South Tabor through MyChart to view their online health record, request medication refills, and so much more! If you have a current patient portal with South Tabor, you will still be able to view your records but all features such as messaging, appointment requests, and prescription refills will no longer be active after March 12th, 2023. Please note, you will need to sign up for MyChart with South Tabor on or after March 13th.
