Wash your hands and stay healthy

South Tabor Family Physicians wants to remind everyone that handwashing is an easy, cheap, and effective way to prevent the spread of germs and keep kids and adults healthy. When we stay healthy, we don’t have to worry about missing school, work, or other activities we enjoy!

  • Lather your hands by rubbing them together with soap.
  • Be sure to lather the backs of your hands.
  • Make sure you get between your fingers and under your nails.
  • Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds!

Handwashing can prevent 1 in 5 cases of respiratory illnesses!
